Thanks again @williambernardet! I'm going to update the hash in OneGet to point to your branch so I can run the CI tests on that as well-- the tests here are pretty sparse. |

AzureDevOps returns catalog:CatalogRoot as part of the /nuget/v3/registrations2-semver2//index.json query.
Accessing the catalog, always returns 401 Non authorized.
